If there is a problem with our service in the first 45-days of becoming a new customer, and we are unable to resolve it for you in the first five business days of the problem being called to our attention via a support ticket, you get a full refund. Accounts within the first 45-days will only be honored a refund if the above criteria is met.

How do I cancel my account?

  • Submit a ticket to http://support.darkstarllc.com at least 1 day prior to your service renewing to ensure your account is not charged for another billing cycle.
  • Accounts not canceled prior to renewal date will not be offered a refund.
  • Accounts that are past-due cannot be canceled until the account balance is at $0.00.
  • Customer will be required to verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their credit card or last PayPal Transaction ID. Accounts will not be canceled until verification is completed.

DarkStar runs a subscription-based service that renews automatically.
All DarkStar services are subscription-based, and renew automatically unless the customer submits a support ticket via http://support.darkstarllc.com requesting cancellation at least 1 day prior to the service renewal.

PayPal subscription cancellations do not cancel service with our company.
Cancelling a PayPal subscription does not cancel service with our company. Please ensure you submit a support ticket to http://support.darkstarllc.com at least 1 day prior to your subscription renewal date. We have no way of knowing otherwise that you wished to cancel.

Distributed Denial of Service Attacks
If your server suffers a DDoS attack (that is linked to your account), your account will be removed without refund and with no warning.
